About the authors:
Bill George worked for more than 30 years in management positions at Litton, Honeywell and Medtronic. As CEO of Medtronic, he was able to transform the company into a leading global corporation. Since 2004, he has been a professor at the Harvard Business School. Peter Sims founded Leadership Perspectives, a leadership development course at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. He is the co-founder of the London office of the leading investment firm Summit Partners.
