Danger can lurk almost anywhere. Even on the golf course. Bobby Jones used to play this very game with an acquaintance of his, Dr. Thomas. And, as sometimes happens, the ball quickly flew out of bounds. While searching for him, Bobby comes across a badly wounded man. But it is not possible to save the poor man. Moments before his death, the stranger utters a strange phrase: "Why not Evans?" Bobby finds a woman's photo in the dead man's pocket. Who is she, who was the deceased and where to look for a mysterious man named Evans, who may know the answers to all the other questions?
